Ayeka, as a little girl, is playing in a field on Jurai. A young Yosho comes and Ayeka gives him a crown of flowers. Ayeka tells Yosho that he will marry her one day. Yosho replies, "When you're older." Ayeka gives Yosho a royal Tear Drop (A Flower). But Yosho tells her that this flower isn't used for happy occasions.
Then a little later on, when Ayeka is older and Yosho still looking the same(due to Jurai's water of life ^_^) Ryoko (when she was a working space pirate) attacks Jurai and Jurai's Palace. Yosho leaves Jurai in pursuit of Ryoko. Ayeka comes running after him. Then the background fades and it's turned black. Ayeka is seen running looking for Yosho. She sees a shadow and thinking it's Yosho, Ayeka runs after it. Then the shadow figure turns out to be Tenchi. Tenchi says, "Yosho? But He's dead." Then he gives Ayeka the Tenchi-ken (the sword). The sword starts to loose power and disapper on Ayeka's hands. Then Ayeka's yells.
Ayeka wakes up from the dream, in her room, which is inside Tenchi's house. Ayeka tells her self that Yosho can't be dead. She looks out at the window and see's Ryoko. In disgust, she turns away. Ryoko walks to the lake and goes underwater. She grabs an egg found in the lake and hugs it. The Episode Screen Appears.
Sasami tugs Ayeka and tries to convince her to go downstairs(They haven't been down there for a week). Ayeka agrees to go downstairs. Sasami sees Ryoko holding an egg. Tenchi enters the living room where everyone is and Ayeka thanks him for his hospitality. Being very curious Sasami asks Ryoko who's egg is that. Ryoko answers that it's her egg, the one she and Tenchi made. Ayeka becomes very angry. Tenchi is clueless to what is going on. Ryoko gives Tenchi the egg and it hatches right in front of their eyes. Ryoko hugs the creature and calls it Ryo-Ohki. Tenchi remembers the name and says that that's the baby of. . .
Ayeka finishes it for Tenchi, "Ryo-ohki." Ayeka feels as if she's being making fun of so she leaves the room in disgust.Yosho comes into the room and starts pressuring Tenchi about being a parent. Tenchi becomes angry and leaves the room too.

Later on Tenchi and Yosho are practicing sword fighting. Ayeka happens to see Tenchi practicing and notices a patern. Its the same one kind of style in Jurai. She tries to get Tenchi's attention but she slips and sprains her ankle. Ayeka tries to ask Yosho about the style of sword fighting they were doing but Yosho justs walk away. Tenchi takes care of Ayeka in mountain cabin all alone and its raining outside( and for those people who favors Ayeka marrying tenchi here is one of the many scenes where Tenchi is close to Ayeka). After the rain stops Tenchi takes Ayeka to Funaho( Yosho's ship in tree form). Ayeka shows Tenchi what happened to Yosho by displaying Funaho's memory. Ayeka figures that Yosho is still alive. Ayeka gives Tenchi the Tenchi-ken. Sasami finds Ayeka and Tenchi. Ryoko appears and congratulates Tenchi for getting the sword back for her. Ayeka explains that she give the sword back to Tenchi. RYoko gets jealous and dissappears.
